Vancouver!!!

After what seemed like being up for days…we finally made it to Vancouver!! After deplaning we were taken to a different area to go through bypassing customs. When we got to the shuttle pickup, our friends Joe and Patti from Wharton were there. So 22 of us took the shuttle . It was a little different than most shuttles, we boarded the bus in the interior area of the airport and before we left the property they had to ‘seal’ our door because we weren’t technically in Canada! We were going US Direct to the ship. We didn’t have to go through customs. The driver was very good at pointing out sights and told us about the Olympics earlier this year. It was very good for their economy. Once we arrived at the port we were taken underneatt to disembark and then go in the back way to check in. We felt like we were sneaking through Canada.
