Anchorage

When we arrived in Anchorage we went downtown to a market they have in the weekends. There were some really interesting local works of art. They took us to our hotel, Anchorage Marriott Downtown and we got to check in. Then a shuttle came from the Alaska Sourdough Mining Co. and took us for dinner. It is very strange to be eating dinner at 9pm and it is not dark outside.

The bus that took us to dinner and back. We asked the driver what year it was and he started laughing and said he didn't know. It was just an old school bus with paint on it! As young as he was the bus was probably older than him!
